HUMANISM - The Philosophy of Dan and Bonkers: A Guide for the Times

Posted by Dan Joyce on

In a world filled with division, uncertainty, and an overwhelming number of opinions, it's hard to find a philosophy that speaks directly to the human experience—balancing humor, wisdom, and a bit of absurdity. That’s why I wrote HUMANISM - The Philosophy of Dan and Bonkers. It’s not just another book on life, it’s a deep dive into what it means to be human, to seek balance in a chaotic world, and to have a little fun while doing it. One of the key sections of the book focuses on the upcoming election. Let’s face it, we’re at a critical point...

Revelations through Meditations: Sometimes Silence Speaks

Posted by Dan Joyce on

In a world filled with noise, the idea of sitting quietly with your thoughts might seem strange, even uncomfortable. We are constantly bombarded with information—social media updates, breaking news, advertisements, conversations, and so much more. It’s easy to forget that sometimes the most profound revelations come not from what we hear, but from what we don’t. It’s going straight into my art business, specifically for two big Comic-Con conventions. That’s right, my goal is to turn what used to be a bad habit into an investment in something I love—art. Now, I’m not doing this alone. I’ve got a successful realtor who’s helping me stay accountable, along with a good friends on Facebook who keep cheering me on. But let’s be real, it’s not going to be easy once I’m back on the home...

DAN JOYCE Art Gallery - People are Looking at the Paintings!!!

Posted by Dan Joyce on

Since starting this blog, I've covered a wide range of topics—everything from mental health to philosophy to absurd humor. But, as many of you know, I also give samples of my art and music here. And the response has been incredible. People are really taking notice. Lately, I’ve had a lot of folks reaching out, asking about my paintings—"Where are they?" "How many do you have?" These are questions I hear a lot, and the best part? They’re not just asking—they’re buying! Music, art, you name it. Just this morning, I got a lead from someone interested in purchasing original...
