Hey everyone, it’s Dan here, and I’ve got some exciting news to share with you all today. My PenPal Pastor has officially claimed the top spot on the Dan Joyce Art Blog! That's right—move over, art critiques and philosophical musings, because Pastors Jerry and Donald are stealing the spotlight!
I know, I know—you’re probably thinking, “But Dan, you’ve got a whole blog dedicated to art, humanism, and mental health! How does a pastor fit in?” Well, let me tell you—this newfound friendship has been nothing short of inspiring. It’s like an unexpected plot twist in the novel of life, and the readers (yes, that’s you!) are loving every minute of it. As my pal Donald Trump might say, “We’re getting great ratings.”
I Made a Scene at Church… Oops!
So, confession time: I might have made a bit of a scene at church recently. It wasn’t my best moment, but hey, we all have those, right? I’ve been keeping up with Pastor Donald—no, not Trump, but the other Donald in my life—and I just want to say, if you’re reading this, Pastors, I know you’re busy, but I’d love to hear back from you. I’ve been paraphrasing some of our emails in my blogs, and let me tell you, people who know both of us are extremely excited about this new chapter.
Blogging Our PenPal Journey
For those of you who have been following along, you know this PenPal correspondence has been an absolute game-changer. Whether we’re discussing faith, mental health, or art, the conversations are deep, meaningful, and (let’s face it) pretty entertaining. It’s been a real joy sharing our journey with all of you. And don’t worry—I’m paraphrasing our exchanges carefully. After all, I want to keep things light, but also give you all a glimpse into the real talks we’ve been having. I think my emails have been pretty on point—though I wouldn’t mind a few more responses from the man himself (wink, wink).
People Are Talking!
What’s really got me excited is the reaction from all of you. People who know Pastor Jerry, Pastor Donald and me are buzzing about this relationship. Who knew my art blog would suddenly become a hub for theological discussions and spiritual growth? And the best part is, it’s bringing so many of us closer together. I always knew art had the power to connect people, but now I’m seeing how faith can do the same.
Closing Thoughts (and Ratings!)
To wrap things up, I just want to say: Luv you, man! Keep doing what you’re doing, and I’ll keep paraphrasing those emails for the blog. Let’s keep this dialogue going because clearly, it’s resonating with a lot of people. And hey, like Donald Trump said—we’re getting great ratings!
Until next time, stay inspired, stay connected, and keep reading!
Yours in art and faith,
DAN
P.S. Pastor Jerry and Pastor Donald, don't leave me hanging. Just hit "reply"!
